Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of WebPrims Coaching (the “Service”), operated by WebPrims. By creating an account you accept them for yourself and for the institute you represent (the “Institute”).
1. Accounts & roles
- Provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- The Institute's owner and admins decide who gets access and which role (admin, manager, accountant, teacher, viewer) each person has.
- Remove staff who leave the Institute promptly.
2. Plans & billing
- The Free plan is free for up to 100 active students, within the other limits shown on the pricing page.
- Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, in Indian rupees plus GST. Amounts already paid are non-refundable except where the law requires.
- We will give at least 30 days' notice before any price change applies to you. You can export your data at any time.
3. Student & parent data
- The Institute owns its student, guardian and enquiry data and is responsible for collecting it lawfully.
- For students under 18 the Institute must obtain consent from a parent or lawful guardian before adding their data.
- You allow us to host and process this data only to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
4. Messages to parents
- Reminders and notifications are sent by the Institute from its own WhatsApp or SMS account. The Institute is responsible for their content and for following WhatsApp's policies.
- Message only parents, students and enquirers who have shared their number with you, and stop when asked.
- No spam, misleading messages or harassment for fee recovery.
5. Fees, receipts & payments
The Service helps you track fees and generate receipts; it is not a bank or payment gateway. Payments made via UPI or bank transfer go directly to the Institute's account. The Institute is responsible for the accuracy of fee amounts, receipts and refunds, and for any tax compliance (including GST) on fees it collects.
6. Parent portal links
Each student has a private portal link. Anyone with the link can view that student's portal, so share it only with the student and their guardians. Institutes can reset a link at any time.
7. AI features
AI answers and drafted messages can be wrong. Review them before relying on them or sending them to parents, and do not use AI output to make decisions that significantly affect a student without human review.
8. Acceptable use
- No illegal content, scraping, reverse engineering, or attempts to access other institutes' data.
- Do not overload or disrupt the Service, its public pages or enquiry forms.
- We may suspend accounts that break these terms or put students, parents or the Service at risk.
9. Availability & liability
We aim for high availability but the Service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (₹0 on the Free plan), and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as uncollected fees or lost profits.
10. Termination
You can stop using the Service and delete your institute at any time. We may end the Service with at least 30 days' notice so you can export your data.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts in Punjab have exclusive jurisdiction.
